Eldon Group provides digital infrastructure and automated communication services on behalf of our clients. This page explains how user data is handled, how communications are delivered, and what options are available if you have questions or concerns about a message you've received.

 

Why You May Receive a Message from Eldon Group

You may receive a message from Eldon Group — or from a notification address such as @notification-only.com — if:

  • You are a customer, vendor, or partner of one of our clients

  • You submitted information through a form, portal, or platform managed by Eldon Group

  • An event or action (e.g., appointment, request, or transaction) triggered an automated message from a system we manage

Eldon Group does not send marketing or promotional messages independently. All communications sent from our systems are delivered on behalf of a specific client, in accordance with their instructions.

About the notification-only.com Domain

Eldon Group owns and operates the notification-only.com domain as a dedicated email infrastructure for system-generated messages. Emails from this domain are used strictly for sending notifications and are not monitored for replies.

If you need assistance with a message you received from this domain, please refer to the contact information provided in the message, or reach out to us directly using the contact information below.

 

Managing Communications

At this time, Eldon Group does not offer direct preference management for recipients. However, if you’ve received a message and would like to opt out of future communications from that client:

Please email support@eldon.group with the subject line "Unsubscribe Request" and include the email address that received the message. We will forward your request to the appropriate client for handling, as we may not be authorized to make preference changes on their behalf.

Important: Some communications may be considered transactional or operational (e.g., confirmations, account updates, legal notices) and may not be subject to opt-out.

User Data Rights

If you would like to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data processed by Eldon Group systems, you may submit a request by contacting support@eldon.group
We will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days. In some cases, we may need to refer your request to our client, who serves as the data controller.

 

Legal Disclaimer

Eldon Group acts as a service provider and data processor for its clients. All communications sent from Eldon Group systems are done at the direction of the client (the data controller).

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or intent of any message sent on behalf of a client. If you have concerns about a specific message’s content, we recommend contacting the sender directly using the contact details included in the message.
