As part of that, we help our clients:

How We Use Data

We collect and process data exclusively on behalf of our clients, for the following purposes:

  • Enhancing visitor or customer experiences

  • Identifying opportunities to improve services or workflows

  • Supporting performance tracking and decision-making

  • Responding to specific client-directed initiatives (e.g., follow-up messages, surveys)

​We do not use any data for our own marketing or sales purposes, and we never sell personal information.

 

Tools We Use

To provide secure, scalable services, Eldon Group uses third-party platforms (such as form builders, analytics dashboards, cloud storage, and communication tools). These platforms may include:

  • Secure form collection (e.g. Jotform, Typeform)

  • Analytics & dashboards (e.g. Google Looker Studio, Databox)

  • Secure file sharing and storage (e.g. Box, Dropbox, Google Drive)

  • Website CMS and client portals (e.g. Wix, Webflow)

 

We carefully select tools with strong privacy and security protocols and ensure all vendors are compliant with standard data protection frameworks.

 

How We Secure Data

Data collected through our tools is:

  • Stored securely using encryption at rest and in transit

  • Shared only with the client who owns the data

  • Accessed only by authorized Eldon Group personnel for technical support or analysis purposes — and only when requested or required

  • Regularly reviewed and purged when no longer needed for its original purpose

 

What We Don’t Do

  • We do not sell or trade personal information

  • We do not use client data to profile users for third-party advertising

  • We do not contact end-users or visitors unless directed to by the client
